Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Once More, with Feeling
- Various Artists
Most musical episodes of TV shows frankly stink. They are usually little more than ill-conceived vehicles intended to let the stars show off what musical talent they have. Once More, With Feeling,
- Goldfrapp
On their latest CD, Supernature, Goldfrapp has put together a successful mix of 1980-era New Romanticism, German cabaret, and T. Rex glam that leaves you riveted even through the album's lulls. It's a great amalgam that sounds current without sounding at all dated.
- Bumblebeez 81
Part white rap, part alternative, part pop, and part rock, the Bumblebeez grabbed a hold of me with "Pony Ride," and didn't let go.

Pressure Chief, Cake's latest album, didn't immediately grab me. In fact, it took perhaps half a dozen listens before I started truly enjoying it. Any

AT&T Servers Down Due to Volume, Activation Process Stalled
Thursday, July 10th, 2008 at 4:00 PM - by Bryan Chaffin & Jeff Gamet
AT&Ts backend servers havent been able to keep up with demand, according to Apple Store employees at the Flatiron Crossing Apple Store in Broomfield, CO. While iTunes itself is up and running, customers on hand to buy an iPhone have been told by Apple employees that the AT&T-controlled activation part of iTunes has apparently crashed, preventing the activation process from completing.
The result has been a stalled selling process so far, but Apple is letting those customers who were able to buy their iPhones take them home for the final step in activation when the servers are back up and running. As we were compiling this story, however, the rest of AT&Ts backend went down, prohibiting even the selling process from taking place.
In the first two hours and twenty minutes, only about 20 iPhone 3G units had been sold at the Flatiron Crossing location, according to our observations.
Neither AT&T nor Apples PR folks have returned our requests for comment and more information.
