Apple Introduces iPhone Accessories

When Apple’s iPhone goes on sale at 6 p.m. Friday evening, it won’t be the only new product on store shelves. Apple will also offer its own line of iPod accessories including iPhone docks, a Bluetooth headset, and travel cables.

Two iPhone-specific docks will be available: The iPhone Dock, and the iPhone Dual Dock. While the standard model holds just an iPhone, the Dual Dock version also holds and charges Apple’s iPhone Bluetooth headset. Both docks are priced at US$49, and the Bluetooth headset will cost $129.
Apple will also offer a travel charger cable for $29 that charges and syncs the iPhone while charging the Bluetooth headset.
All of Apple’s self-branded iPhone accessories are available on the Apple Web site.
