Apple Posts iTunes 7.4.3 for Windows

On Thursday, Apple posted iTunes 7.4.3 for Windows. It’s a minor fix, and deals with the initial setup of the iPod touch on some international versions of Windows.
Apple specified that both XP SP2 and Vista are affected.
The 49 MB update is available at Apple’s Support site.
