Apple Runs new iPod touch Ad

Apple has posted its new iPod touch ad and has been running the ad on popular TV shows this week. The ad, with the song "What I’m Looking For" by Brendan Benson, shows the myriad of uses for the iPod touch and focuses on its use not as just a video iPod but a multi-purpose PDA with e-mail, maps, ToDos and Facebook access.

Recently, Apple’s COO Tim Cook referred to the iPod touch as a "platform," and the new ad focuses on exactly that multi-use aspect of the device.
