Apple: SEC Report Clears Management, Adds $84M Charge

Apple filed its delinquent quarterly and annual forms with the SEC on Friday. The reports include the findings in the company’s internal investigation into improperly backdated stock option grants, which now include a US$84 million non-cash charge.
