Apple TV 2.0.2 Update Posted

On Monday, Apple released Apple TV Update 2.0.2 according to users in the Apple TV Support forum. While Apple provided no information about what the update achieves, several users noticed some minor improvements in browsing response and 5 GHz 802.11n operation.
User controller2k said, "I have gotten smooth data transfers for a few hours now with wide channels enabled on my 5GHz N network with the 2.02 update. Prior to that, with 2.0.1, the ATV would crash hard when data transfer started."
"YEEEEEES! Browsing ’my movies’ by genre is now fixed, no more annoying lags ... thanks Apple!" wrote User Gavroche1973.
Another user, b.cohen pointed out that 2.0.2 added a Genre sort option within the movies.
Apple is continuing its tradition of not identifying the new features or fixes in these updates. Instead, the users find out via discovery and tell each other. Version 2.0.1 was released in late March.
