Apple TVs Resetting After Hacks

Not everyone that is modding their shiny new Apple TV is finding that the changes are sticking. Reports are surfacing at Web sites like Tutorial Ninja about users that wake up in the morning to find that their Apple TV has reverted to its factory state after software hacks have been installed.
Although some users are stating they think Apple is remotely resetting their devices via the Internet, a more likely scenario is a regularly scheduled script that resets the unit’s system and disables unapproved hacks and software.
User that have installed larger hard drives, however, are not reporting any problems.
