Beverly Wilshire Hotel Offers Loaner iPods with Custom Playlists
Tuesday, July 26th, 2005 at 4:00 PM - by Bryan Chaffin
The Regent Beverly Wilshire announced Tuesday that its guests will be able to check out iPods when they check in to the luxury hotel. Hotel staff will even load the iPods with songs selected by the guest.
The Beverly Wilshires announcement follows other high end hotels that have added iPods to their list of amenities. In October of 2004, TMO reported that Las Ventanas al Paraiso resort in Los Cabos, Mexico was offering iPods, and in November that year, we noted that the Crescent in Beverly Hills and Dream in Manhattan were doing the same thing.
