- Red Hot Chili Peppers
- Rush
- We all know it, right? Well, ya just gotta have it. 2112 finally showed Rush out on their own, doing their own thing, and doing it well, IMHO.
- Goldfrapp
On their latest CD, Supernature, Goldfrapp has put together a successful mix of 1980-era New Romanticism, German cabaret, and T. Rex glam that leaves you riveted even through the album's lulls. It's a great amalgam that sounds current without sounding at all dated.
- Revolting Cocks
It's hard to believe it's been more than a decade since Ministry founder and front man Al Jourgensen's side project Revolting Cocks released any new material. 2006 brings us Cocked and Loaded
- Prefuse 73
- It's an album about a breakup, done with beats instead of mopey lyrics. But the beats are raw, and the emotions are there, even if there aren't many words on top of it. While possibly not Scott Herren

BitTorrent Launches Movie Download Service
Sunday, February 25th, 2007 at 2:00 PM - by Jeff Gamet
BitTorrent is entering the movie and TV show download market with the launch of its BitTorrent Entertainment Network on Monday. The service is starting with titles from 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Warner Bros., and Lionsgate.
TV show downloads will be priced to match Apple's iTunes Store at US$1.99 each. Movies, however, will be offered on a rental-only basis at $3.99 for 24 hours. Older movies will be priced at $2.99 for 24 hours.
BitTorrent also plans to let users upload their own videos in a fashion similar to YouTube.
BitTorrent Entertainment Network programming will be encoded with Microsoft's Windows Media DRM copy protection, which means that the content will be playable only on Windows-based PCs.
The move to offer paid movie download rentals underscores BitTorrent's efforts to remove the stigma that its services are used only for trading pirated movies and music. The service is launching with over 5,000 movies and TV shows.
