CEDIA Will Have Macworld ‘08 Booth

The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) will have a booth at Macworld for the first time, according to TWICE on Thursday.
"Macworld is a great opportunity to showcase and demonstrate how CEDIA members are using new technology to create homes that are sophisticated and offer the best in home electronics," senior technology director Dave Pedigo said. "We look forward to informing the Apple world on how CEDIA professionals can integrate those products into their homes."
The presence of CEDIA at Macworld suggests that the HDTV industry, especially the professionals who assist with custom HDTV installations, are taking note of the enthusiasm Apple customers have for their Macs, HDTV, video on iPods and iPhones, HD content on the Internet, Blu-ray and HD DVD, and Apple TV.
CEDIA has annual shows in rotating cities that showcase the latest TV related products to industry professionals.
