- Miles Davis
- The jazz album to end all jazz albums. Miles Davis and John Coltrane and Cannonball Adderly and the list goes on. The who's who of who's who in jazz have assembled for this monumental record. Get this
- The Redwalls
- Wow! Perhaps my 5-star rating is simply because the Redwalls are not only new and fresh (none of them older than 22!), or perhaps its because -- despite their ages -- they are able to totally capture
- Prefuse 73
- It's an album about a breakup, done with beats instead of mopey lyrics. But the beats are raw, and the emotions are there, even if there aren't many words on top of it. While possibly not Scott Herren

Computerworld On iPhone: Best. Phone. Ever.
Wednesday, August 29th, 2007 at 4:00 PM - by Jeff Gamet
After years of abject hate for cell phones and their designs, Computerworlds Michael DeAgonia found what he was looking for in Apples iPhone. He calls it the "Best. Phone. Ever."
Mr. DeAgonia goes on to say "To call the iPhone the best phone Ive ever used is the biggest understatement of the decade. Its like saying Jupiter is big, or infinity a long time."
What sets the iPhone apart is that the form, function, and design all work together. Instead of forcing features to conform to tiny keypads and little screens, the Apples combination iPod and smart phone do away with the small display and offer a graphic touch-sensitive interface.
The iPhones unique interface makes it easy to find and use features instead of leaving users to wander lost through cryptic menus and sub-menus. That easy of use means the iPhones features are more likely to get used that those found on other cell phones.
"You cant help be reminded of classic science fiction, in which devices are so easy to use anyone can pick up anything and begin operating it," he added. "Thats what the iPhone is."
