How to Spot a Counterfeit iPod

While most long-time iPod users could easily spot a counterfeit version of their favorite MP3 player, those who are new to the phenomenon could be fooled. iPodGear.com has posted a brief primer on the subject, complete with pictures. The site noted that Apple has told its resellers about the issue and explained how to tell a fake iPod from a real one.
