Ivyskin Announces See-Through Case for iPhone that Passes Your Touch

Ivyskin announced Monday a new case for the iPhone and iPod touch product lines called Xylo Touch-Thru, or Xylo T2. The clear case’s is the first to offer uses a clear, see-through, hard case that covers the iPod touch or iPhone’s screen, but passes your touches through to the device.

According to the company, "Surface Xylo Wave (SXW) technology passes ultrasonic waves that pass over the touch screen panel and transfer them to the iPhone’s screen without interferences. When the panel is touched, a portion of the wave is absorbed. This change in the ultrasonic waves registers the position of the touch event and sends this information to the iPhone’s screen for processing."

The product is priced at US$34.99, and you can find more information at Ivyskin’s Web site.
