Kensington Unveils iPhone 3G Compatible Chargers, More

Kensington announced the immediate availability of its iPhone 3G-compatible battery packs and chargers on Monday. The portable charger and battery lineup sports Apple’s "Works with iPhone" certification, and includes gear for international travelers, too.

The rechargeable Kensington Battery Pack and Charger for iPhone and iPod is iPhone 3G-compatible and adds up to six extra hours of talk time, 100 hours of music play time, or 21 hours of video playback. It is priced at US $69.99.

The Kensington Mini Battery Pack and Charger for iPhone and iPod is smaller that the Kensington Battery Pack and Charger and adds an additional three hours of talk time, 30 hours of music playback, or six hours of video playback. It costs $49.99.

The Kensington Car Charger for iPhone and iPod and the Kensington Car Charger Deluxe for iPhone and iPod are both iPhone 3G-compatible and charge your handheld from your car’s 12-volt power outlet.
