Music Has The Right To Children
- Boards of Canada
- This one will haunt you. From the first notes to the last, their sound surrounds you. BOC has put out a fantastic catalogue, and this album is a great starting point for a new listener. Jump straight
- Goldfrapp
On their latest CD, Supernature, Goldfrapp has put together a successful mix of 1980-era New Romanticism, German cabaret, and T. Rex glam that leaves you riveted even through the album's lulls. It's a great amalgam that sounds current without sounding at all dated.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Once More, with Feeling
- Various Artists
Most musical episodes of TV shows frankly stink. They are usually little more than ill-conceived vehicles intended to let the stars show off what musical talent they have. Once More, With Feeling,
- Rush
- We all know it, right? Well, ya just gotta have it. 2112 finally showed Rush out on their own, doing their own thing, and doing it well, IMHO.

The developer of HD Radio, iBiquity Digital, announced on Tuesday that next generation HD radio chips from Samsung and others are now shipping to receiver makers. The new HD radio chips are smaller, require less power and will enable new product form factors, such as iPod docks, and new features.
The new chips will be used in both automotive applications and CE devices, including possible docks for Apple iPods, mini-shelf systems and Audio/Video receivers, according to Radio Online Wednesday.
The manufacturers of the new chips are Samsung, Sanyo and SiPort.
High Definition (HD) Radio is a terrestrial, digital radio system. One feature that iBiquity has worked out with Apple and iTunes is music "tagging". Listeners who hear a song they like can press a button on the radio and earmark or "tag" a song. Later, it will appear in iTunes for sampling and possible purchase.
Some first generation HD radio units are already in stores in regions where HD radio is broadcast, such as Detroit, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco and Seattle to name a few.
