MacNotables Podcast Launches
Tuesday, October 11th, 2005 at 3:00 PM - by Brad Cook
The first edition of MacNotables, a podcast put together by The Macintosh User Group (MUG) Center editor Chuck Joiner, is now live. Each show will feature a panel of notable personalities from the Macintosh community, and the inaugural edition offers thoughts from Playlist Magazine's Chris Breen, TidBITS' Adam Engst, Chicago Sun-Times and Macworld magazine columnist Andy Ihnatko, author Ted Landau and Bryan Chaffin, editor-in-chief of The Mac Observer and The iPod Observer.
Mr. Joiner moderates the proceedings, which cover Apple's recent fiscal fourth quarter earnings announcement as well as thoughts on the company's Wednesday media event, which is expected to see the debut of new iPods. Mr. Joiner also addresses the origin of MacNotables and what listeners can expect in future editions.
