Mac About Town Brings Horizontal Keyboard to Mail

Mac About Town introduced Sideways for the iPhone and iPod touch on Wednesday. The application works along with the Mobile Mail app and sports a horizontal keyboard -- a feature not available in Apple’s email application. Text entered in Sideways can be sent to new Mail messages as well as reply and forward messages. Support for Twitter and possibly other services is in the works, too. Sideways is priced at US$1.99 and is available for download at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store.
