Mobiscope Offers Remote iPhone-based Monitoring

SHAPE Services announced the immediate availability of Mobiscope for Apple iPhone on Tuesday. Mobiscope supports remote video surveillance from desktop computer-based cameras to handheld devices including Apples iPhone and iPod touch.
Mobiscope works with any Webcam, lets users view video streams in real time, record content on a schedule or based on specific activities, and remotely control their surveillance cameras. It requires the free Mobiscope Desktop application on the computer hosting the camera which is currently available for Windows NT, 200, 2003, XP and Vista only.
The Mobiscope service is priced starting at US$5.95.
