New Messenger Bags Include Speaker, Space For MP3 Player

G-Tech on Monday introduced a new line of messenger bags that include an integrated external speaker and room for a cell phone and an iPod or other MP3 player. A 3.5mm extension jack plugs the iPod or other device to the speaker, and the bags’ straps have buttons for for controlling it thanks to the use of ElekTex fabric, which conducts electricity but is still washable.
Available in black or chocolate brown, the new bags will ship in mid-November for US$129. A product page was not available on G-Tech’s Web site as this article was posted.
