NotifyLink Adds iPhone Support for Novell GroupWise Syncing

Notify Technology Corporation announced Thursday NotifyLink 4.5.1, an update that adds support for iPhone and iPod touch to its Novell GroupWise syncing solution. The update requires the iPhone Software 2.0 update, and is available on either the On Demand or On Premise versions of NotifyLink.

NotifyLink is a server-side solution for managing mobile computing needs within a Novell GroupWise corporate network. Among other things, the software manages syncing between GroupWise and a variety of mobile computing and handset devices, such as Palm smartphones and RIM’s Blackberry.

"Since the initial release of the iPhone last year, the GroupWise customer demand for supporting these devices with our NotifyLink Enterprise Edition has continued to escalate," Paul DePond, President and Founder of Notify Technology, said in a statement.

Contact Notify for more information on the update.
