Russound, which sells a variety of multi-room audio and video systems, on Wednesday announced that it now offers downloadable tech tips and application guides for creating iPod-friendly set-ups. The company noted that an iPod can be connected to many of the components it sells, which include smart tuners and media servers.
Once an iPod is connected to a Russound system, anyone can access its playlists from any room in the house. Russound sells keypads that can be used to control the MP3 player, regardless of its actual location.
