Silicon.com: iPod and iPhone Among 10 Worst Things About Apple
Sunday, February 4th, 2007 at 3:00 PM - by Bryan Chaffin
The iPod and the newly announced iPhone are among the 10 worst things about Apple, according to a list published by Silicon.com. The site criticized the iPod for a litany of complaints about the product, while the iPhone was listed as being a me-too device instead of the revolutionary product as claimed by Apple CEO Steve Jobs.
Also criticized by the magazine is the use of "i" in front of everything, and the fact that Apples DRM used for iTunes downloads prohibits media purchased people from playing that media on any digital media device thats not an iPod. The list also called Apple arrogant, and listed the companys emphasis of style over function, its tendency to sue, and Apples environmental record, as well as a few Mac-specific issues.
A follow up article at Silicon.com will list the to best things about Apple.
