Targus Debuts RemoteTunes For iPod, iPod nano
Thursday, January 5th, 2006 at 2:00 PM - by Brad Cook
LAS VEGAS -- Targus has introduced two new RemoteTunes wireless remotes for iPod and iPod nano, as well as a US$19.99 9-pin to 30-pin remote-to-dock adapter, at the Consumer Electronics Show. All three products are expected to ship in March.
The standard RemoteTunes, which is compatible with any iPod that has a dock connector, including iPod nano, sells for $59.99 and can change the volume, select the next or previous song, fast forward or reverse, play, pause, shuffle and repeat.
The $79.99 RemoteTunes TX for iPod nano features all of the functionality as the standard model and also includes an FM transmitter.
Product pages were not available on Targus' Web site as iPod Observer posted this article.
