Bowie at Beeb: Best of BBC Radio 68-72
- David Bowie
The companion CD to a BBC television concert, BBC Radio Theatre has some of the best renditions of many of Bowie's best songs throughout his career. "I'm Afraid of Americans" is substantial
- Jesus Jones
When you think of Jesus Jones, chances are you can't remember them at all, or you vaguely remember "Right Here, Right Now" because it has been use
- The Church
Another of my all-time favorites, Priest = Aura is one of those rare albums where every song is simply fantastic, and a testament to how good pop-rock can be.

- Rush
- We all know it, right? Well, ya just gotta have it. 2112 finally showed Rush out on their own, doing their own thing, and doing it well, IMHO.
- Prefuse 73

Turn Your Friends Into iPhone Bobbleheads
Thursday, October 30th, 2008 at 4:00 PM - by Bryan Chaffin
iCloseBy.com announced Friday iBobble-3D, an iPhone/iPod touch app that allows users to take photos of themselves or their friends (or anyone else -- the company emphasized political figures in its press release), and turn them into Bobblehead figures on their iPhones and iPod touches. A tap on the screen will then send the Bobbleheads bobbing away.
Users can also make custom Bobblehead figures, change backgrounds, and generally waste all manner of time playing with your virtual bobbleheads.
"iBobble-3D then uses the accelerometer which is built into the iPhone and iPod touch to transfer finger taps, pinches and shakes to spin the virtual bobblehead," the company said in a statement. "The more someone shakes their iPhone or iPod touch, the more iBobble-3D will nod and bobble."
iBobble-3D is priced at US$.99 on the App Store.
