UK Panel Discussion to Ask: ‘I Came, I Saw, iPod—What’s Next?’

As reported Friday on Macworld UK's Web site, an upcoming UK event will look at current and upcoming changes in music delivery and ask: "I Came, I Saw, iPod -- What's Next?" The July 19 session in London will look at a technological progression that started with the wax cylinder and currently takes the form of the iPod, wondering if "perhaps the future lies with streaming and always-on access to the 'jukebox in the sky,'" according to the Web site for Music Tank, which is sponsoring the event. They are referring to next-generation cell phones and the possibility of delivering music over cellular networks.
