Xingtone: Ringtone Software Works with iTunes-based Motorola ROKR

Cell phone content distributor Xingtone confirmed on Tuesday that version 4.2 of its Xingtone Ringtone Maker software, which is compatible with both PC and Mac, works with the iTunes-based Motorola ROKR cell phone. The application enables users to convert part of any MP3 or WAV file, or a selection from a CD, into a ringtone that they can upload to their cell phones.
Xingtone sells for US$19.95 and is compatible with more than 120 other models of cell phones. It also works with most of the major cellular carriers in the U.S. and Canada, including Sprint PCS, Cingular and T-Mobile.
