eCOMPOSITE today released 321Run Lite 1.0, a free version of their health based running app for iPhone and iPod touch. 321Run Lite is the free version made for users of 321Run, a GPS-enabled version that also records the distance and calories of a run.
Users can even plug earphones into the app and listen to it tell them when to change rythm, and how long they have run. Using 321Run Lite 1.0 allows users to track progress and plan runs.
321Run Lite is available as a free download at the App Store.
