AIM for iPhone Now AIM Free

AOL's AIM application for the iPhone and iPod touch is now AIM Free, and a paid version of the instant messaging and chat application should be available in Apple's App Store soon. The free version is ad supported. The paid version will be ad-free.
AIM and AIM Free support sending messages to other AIM users or via SMS, can notify users via SMS when they receive chat messages, support multiple screen names, can stay logged into an AIM account for up to 24 hours even when the application isn't running, and more.
AIM Free is available for download at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
