    • "Black Milk" knocks me off my feet in this collection of moody and eclectic songs. Massive Attack uses samples and keyboards in a very unique way, but not all the songs pack the same punch.

    • Dropping like a bomb on some of the blah musical offerings of her contemporaries, Haunted was one of the best albums of 2000, obliterating the competition.

App Store Sees Growing Pains Over Refund, Payment Concerns

Some developers are growing frustrated with Apple because of payment delays and a contract clause regarding consumer refunds. TechCrunch pointed to an iPhone developers forum where numerous developers are complaining about late payments for January sales.

Developers also receive monthly financial reports, but TechCrunch quoted from a February email from Apple that said reports for that month will be delayed "due to system enhancements." Developers who have tried to contact the company have been frustrated by unanswered emails and excessive hold times by customer service representatives.

TechCrunch said: "We've heard from one developer that he's yet to have received the February report and its nearly April. To make matters worse, another iPhone developer says that even after receiving the report of how much he should be paid, he was grossly underpaid by Apple, by nearly $10,000."

Regarding app refunds, TechCrunch, CNET, and other sites are claiming that developers could be bankrupt by a contract clause that forces them to refund the full purchase price of an app to an unhappy consumer, including the 30 percent that Apple keeps for itself. However, on that aforementioned iPhone developers forum, someone recently said: "This has already been discussed in another thread on these forums, and people have pointed out the new agreement isn't any different from the old agreement. This has always been in there, but Apple doesn't just about ever give refunds, so it's a non-issue. Nothing has changed."

So far, there's no evidence that Apple has given widespread refunds that are causing any developer financial difficulties, let alone the prospect of filing for bankruptcy.

Restless??? They should chill and shut up!

Apple is AAA rated and will eventual process the dues. Restless brats need to realize that business always allows 90 days for payments

Except the contract calls for payment 45 days from the end of the month.

So , these poor little app writers “DEVELOPERS” (not) are getting restless…oh my god what a calamity. They’re lucky to have an avenue to pursue in life that treats them very well and rewards them the lion share of the revenue fro what amounts to -very little investment…

Grow up and stop whining and pay your dues quietly, humbly and with due professionalism - Nothing will happen if they have to show some patience till the system gets sorted out and streamlined.  If they don’t like it, they can go somewhere else, we won’t miss them - there’s plenty others that will replace them.

Ain’t it funny how the little fish make the most noise? I bet the grumblings are from the likes of - The pull my finger “app” writers…..

So, if your paycheck is less than it should be, or it’s delayed for weeks, you’re a “restless brat” if you complain? If someone puts in the work to develop an app, no matter what it is, and it’s approved for sale on the App Store, then both sides should abide by the terms of the contract they’ve signed.

yeah -The big Industry game designers and companies that showed incredibly smart developed games that were developed in just two weeks put a lot more “real chops” into their apps than you probably did to justify your whining and righteous self important whining…

What relentless amount of time went into “writing” your app did you invest to justify your stupid public whining - Mr. unexposed cry baby?
