Electronic Arts has released an iPhone version of the board game Trivial Pursuit, which features more than 3,500 text and picture questions, pass-and-play multiplayer for up to six contestants or Wi-Fi multiplayer for up to four, and two game modes: Classic, which offers the traditional board game; and Pursuit, in which players try to reach the finish line as fast as possible by answering a rapid-fire series of questions.

Pricing is US$4.99 and iPhone software 2.1 is required. EA says on the Trivial Pursuit product page that Tiger Woods PGA Tour is coming soon to the iPhone. The company is also gearing up to release its first free app, the sim-management game Lemonade Tycoon, which has yet to appear at the App Store.
