iPhone Support Team to be California Based

Apple’s iPhone, the soon to be released combination iPod and smart phone, will likely have its customer support center located in California. Thanks to information in an iPhone "personal trainers" job listing, it appears that Apple is looking to staff its iPhone support team in Elk Grove, according to The Sacramento Bee.
The job listing appeared in the Wednesday edition of the Bee and reads in part "We are hiring qualified people to join the iPhone team in Elk Grove. If you are looking to inspire customers with technology that empowers their lives and get your foot in the door at Apple, this is one opportunity you don’t want to miss."
Apple also has similar listings on the company’s Job Opportunities Web site.
The job listings come as the expected June iPhone release date draws closer. Apple has previously stated that the iPhone is on schedule for a June release, but hasn’t stated exactly when it will officially launch.
