    • It's an album about a breakup, done with beats instead of mopey lyrics. But the beats are raw, and the emotions are there, even if there aren't many words on top of it. While possibly not Scott Herren

iPhone Turns Analyst into a Believer

The iPhone was characterized as a game changer, according to analyst Doug Kass at TheStreet on Monday. The author had been using a Treo 750 which he enjoyed except for the slow and cumbersome Web browsing.

Mr. Kass, a self-admitted non-first-adopter, was caught up in the buzz of the iPhone and bought one opening weekend.

"To sum it up: iPhone is a game changer, and I finally get what Apple bulls have been on to for awhile," he wrote. "That said, with the shares up dramatically both absolutely and relatively, I am late to the party for Apple as a short-term consideration."

Finally, Mr Kass believes, along with others, that the current Apple share price is being driven by iPods, "but more importantly, Macs," he noted.

Mr. Kass rated AAPL as a "buy."
