iPod Media Studio for Windows Transfers DVDs to New iPod

Makayama Interactive has released iPod Media Studio, a Windows application that converts video files, including those found on DVDs, to the format required for playback on the new video-capable iPod. It supports the AVI, MPEG1, DivX, XVID, VOB and ASF file formats and can pull video from any source on a computer. The software can also automatically crop and zoom widescreen movies so they fill the iPod’s LCD screen. Pricing is US$32.95.
