iTMS Offers Free BSG, SNL Promo Videos

The iTunes Music Store (iTMS) has a half-hour Battlestar Galactica (BSG) special, and a Saturday Night Live (SNL) sketch titled Lazy Sunday available as free downloads. The BSG special is scheduled to air on the Sci Fi Channel on January 2, over a week behind the iTMS release.
The BSG special goes behind the scenes on the the critically acclaimed show, offering interviews with cast and crew members. It also includes some sneak peeks at upcoming episodes. The special is a lead-in to the second half of season two, which starts on January 6.

The SNL sketch, called Lazy Sunday, pairs Andy Samber and Chris Parnell in a rap about the things they did on their lazy Sunday, including buying cupcakes and going to see "Chronic...(WHAT?)..cles of Narnia."
Apple has not commented on whether or not it will start offering a free weekly video, much like it does with songs.
