IGG Software Announces iBiz 4, iPhone App for iBank 3

SAN FRANCISCO -- IGG Software has announced that iBiz 4, the latest version of its time-tracking, billing, and project management software, will ship in the first quarter of this year. The company also said that iBank Mobile, an iBank 3 counterpart that runs on iPhone and iPod touch, will come out during the same timeframe.

Improvements to iBiz 4 include support for Mac OS X version 10.5 "Leopard," new animated graphs, and iCal integration for projects, to-do lists, invoice due dates, and other aspects of project and billing management. Other new features include Statements, which make it easy to see previous billing activity, and various user interface refinements. The software will cost US$50, or $25 for registered iBiz users.

iBank Mobile is a standalone application that will let iBank 3 users enter transactions and sync data via MobileMe, a WebDAV server, or over a Wi-Fi connection. It features multiple currency support, support for multiple users, and the ability to rotate the handheld's screen for a different view of data. IGG did not note pricing.
