Most musical episodes of TV shows frankly stink. They are usually little more than ill-conceived vehicles intended to let the stars show off what musical talent they have. Once More, With Feeling,

iLuv Headphone iPod Remote Adapter Converts Any Headphones Into Remote
Tuesday, July 28th, 2009 at 3:35 PM - by Bryan Chaffin
iLuv announced Tuesday the iEA15 Headphone iPod Remote Adapter, a device that converts any pair of earphones or headphones into an iPod remote controller. Users can control volume, play and pause a song, or go to the next or previous track. iPod shuffle users can use it to access that device's VoiceOver feature.
According to the company, the iEA15 is compatible with iPod touch 2nd generation, iPod nano 4th generation, iPod classic 120GB, iPod shuffle 3rd generation.
While the device was announced today, it was originally posted on iLuv's Web site last week. iLuv had intended for the device to be usable with iPhone, but posted it before approval from Apple was secured.
Today's company announcement and the device's Web page do not mention iPhone, and a company spokesperson told iPodObserver.com that it is officially an iPod-only device, and it does use Apple's remote control processing chip, licensed from the Cupertino company.
