- Supersuckers
- Man, there's nothing like good, old fashioned, rock and roll... add a bit of industry resentment to that with a double-shot of cynicism, and you get one of the best "new" rock bands going. This album
- Nine Inch Nails
In the sprawling post-A&R rock and roll world, there are two camps: the Beatles and the Stones. The Beatles are the artists that like to explore, evolve, and change styles. The Stones are the artis
- Bauhaus
Go Away White is an album I've been waiting more than 20 years to hear, and the good news is that it was worth the wait. The latest -- and last, no...for real this time -- album from
- Belle & Sebastian

- Goldfrapp
On their latest CD, Supernature, Goldfrapp has put together a successful mix of 1980-era New Romanticism, German cabaret, and T. Rex glam that leaves you riveted even through the album's lulls. It's a great amalgam that sounds current without sounding at all dated.

iPhone: Down-and-dirty Web Page Captures
Friday, June 5th, 2009 at 8:00 AM - by Jeff Gamet
The iPhone and iPod touch are great for Web surfing on the go, but they reload Web pages every time you hop into Mobile Safari, which can be a pain if you were viewing information that changes when a site reloads. There isn't a way to stop Safari from reloading those pages, at least not yet, but you can work around the problem with your handheld's built-in screen capture feature.

Use the screen capture feature to save Web pages to view later.
To snap a screenshot of a Web page you need to reference later, first navigate to the page you want to view in Mobile Safari. Next, press the power and Home buttons at the same time on your iPhone or iPod touch to snap a picture of your screen. The screenshot picture will appear in your handheld's camera roll.
This is a handy way to capture Web pages you need to reference later when an Internet connection won't be available, too.
