Singareddy Info Tech on Friday released the strategy game Lion's Play for iPhone and iPod touch. Based on an Indian game that goes by various names in India, Lion's Play is similar to checkers, pitting lions against buffaloes. The lions win if they eat all the buffaloes, while the buffaloes win if they restrict the lions' movements.

Lion' Play features four game modes, three levels of difficulty, and 18 game variants based on various geometrical shapes, such as a hexagram, a heptagram, and others. Pricing is US$0.99 and iPhone software 2.2.1 is required.
