Kindle 1.1 Adds Landscape Mode, More

Amazon released Kindle 1.1 for the iPhone and iPod touch on Wednesday. The Kindle book reader application added support for portrait and landscape viewing, changing text and background colors, single tap page turning, and the ability to zoom in on images in books. Kindle for the iPhone and iPod touch is free and available at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
