Scosche Intros 3G iPod shuffle-compatible Earbuds, Adapter

iPod accessory maker Scosche announced on Thursday that it is developing 4GB iPod shuffle-compatible earbuds along with an in-line control adapter for non-Apple earbuds.
Scosche is currently working on three noise isolating IDR (Increased Dynamic Range) earbud models that will include iPod controls and a built-in microphone. The earbud controls will also work with the second generation iPod touch, fourth generation iPod nano and the iPod classic, and support recording voice memos.
Scosche 4GB iPod shuffle earbuds
The IDR350M, IDR450M and IDR650M earbud models should be available this spring and are expected to be priced between US$49.99 and $99.99.
Scosche is also designing an in-line controller for the new iPod shuffle so that users won't be limited to listening to the earbuds Apple includes with the music player, and also connects the new shuffle to external speakers and auxiliary audio inputs in car stereos. Like Scoshe's iPod shuffle earbuds, it also includes a built-in microphone. The company has not announced pricing information or a release date.
