Second Gear Presents FitnessTrack 1.0 for iPhone & iPod touch

Second Gear announced the release of FitnessTrack 1.0 for iPhone and iPod touch on Tuesday. FitnessTrack is an app that allows users to track their health and fitness goals using their iPhones.

Users can create workouts using any combination of the 60 professionally designed exercises included or their own custom exercises. FitnessTrack tracks the user’s progress with each exercise by allowing the viewing of a history of previous sessions.

FitnessTrack also gives users the option of tracking weight and measurements through the use of fitness profiles. The app includes the following features:

  • Keep track of cardio and weight-based workouts
  • Save existing workout as repeatable routines
  • Over 60 professionally designed exercises from Custom Fit Personal Training
  • Ability to create custom exercises
  • Track time between exercise sets
  • Track weight and measurements via fitness profiles

FitnessTrack is available for purchase through the App Store for US$3.99.
