Faber Acoustical, LLC announced on Tueday the release of SignalScope Pro 1.0 for iPhone and iPod Touch. SignalScope Pro turns an iPhone or iPod touch into an audio, electronics, and vibration analyzer.
SignalScope Pro includes 3 tools for time or frequency domain signal analysis, as well as a signal generator for producing test signals. Significant features include a 1/3 octave real-time spectrum analyzer, a built-in signal generator, and the ability to save and download measurement data.
SignalScope Pro also transforms the iPhone or iPod Touch into a platform for data acquisition, storing acquired data in tab-delimited text files or MAT-files for later retrieval via a standard Web browser.
