Trip Cubby for iPhone: Track Your Mileage & Keep the IRS Happy

App Cubby released Trip Cubby 2.0 for iPhone and iPod Touch on Friday. Trip Cubby 2.0 is a mileage logging app that has been designed with IRS compliance in mind.

Trip Cubby features data entry shortcuts, predictive text fields, auto-entry, auto-calculation, and quick "frequent trip" entry. Mileage documentation is one of the first things the IRS examines during an audit. Trip Cubby was designed to make mileage logging even more IRS compliant and intuitive.

Version 2.0 adds new features and improvements including:

  • Predictive text fields and data entry shortcuts
  • Charts: Deductions Categories, Paid vs. Unpaid, and Mileage
  • Mass delete or mark as paid
  • Swipe navigation of detail views
  • Online sync/backup
  • Editing of frequent trips
