Two New iPhone Games Feature Facebook Connect

During this week's South by Southwest conference, Zynga and Playfish debuted a pair of games, Live Poker and Who Has the Biggest Brain?, that support Facebook's new Connect SDK (software development kit) for iPhone. Connect allows developers to hook their iPhone apps into the popular social networking site and enable users to exchange data.
Live Poker allows users to play the Facebook game Texas Hold 'Em against their Facebook friends and see how they rank among those friends. It is available in free regular and deluxe versions that give players 1,000 and 2,000 free chips, respectively, each time they play. It's also available in 40K (US$9.99), 100K ($19.99), 300K ($49.99), and 390K ($59.99) editions that give players the corresponding number of chips.
Who Has the Biggest Brain? features a dozen mini games, 27 brain types, unlockable achievements, and a calendar for keeping track of performance. Like Live Poker, the game lets players see how they stack up against their Facebook friends. Pricing is $4.99.
