wuonm Brings Painting Lessons to iPhone

wuonm announced the immediate availability of Canvas 1.0 for the iPhone and iPod touch on Monday. The application for Apple's handheld devices offers a series of step-by-step painting lessons from artist Manuel Sosa.
Canvas lets users navigate lessons with toolbar arrows or by swiping their handheld's display, includes captions and audio for each step, lets users zoom in on image details, and more. Sosa's "by a feather," "through meadows," "great gray owl," and "pines in love" are included with the application now, and additional paintings are planned for future releases.
Canvas 1.0 is priced at US$2.99 and is available at Apple's App Store.
