Griffin Announces TuneBox Speakers for iPod shuffle

Griffin Technology Inc. announced Monday the TuneBox, a speaker system for Apple's iPod shuffle.
TuneBox -- at 4.32 x 2.44 x 4.4 inches in size -- is a stand for the shuffle which centers it between to 2-drive speakers. The shuffle's control wheel is accessible while in the stand and connects using a 3.5 millimeter jack. The total power output is 2+2 watts.
The TuneBox is also compatible with any other MP3 player or audio device that has a standard stereo jack.
TuneBox is available now and retails for US$39.99.
