Tuesday, October 25th, 2005 at 12:40 PM - by Staff
Splasm Software is the latest developer to offer a solution geared toward owners of the new video-capable iPods. The company's newest Mac software release, Podner, enables users to drag and drop videos on its window, tweak settings and see their files arrive in iTunes, ready for the next iPod sync.
Podner supports MPEG-4 and H.264, with H.264 single- and multi-pass also supported. Pricing is US$9.95, with a free trial that processes the first 2.5 minutes of an unlimited number of files. Mac OS X v10/4, QuickTime 7.0.3 and iTunes 6.0 are required.
