Burger King Advertising Through iPod
Friday, November 4th, 2005 at 10:45 AM - by Staff
The fast-food restaurant chain, Burger King, has teamed up with Heavy.com to produce a series of short comedy videos formatted specifically for the new video capable iPod. These videos are a sign that advertisers are becoming more creative in searching out potential revenue streams.
Some of the shorts, which all feature Burger King, didn't even cost the restaurant chain anything to produce. Heavy.com, a web site for independent and individual video creators, sent out Burger King masks to some of its more active participants, who recorded and then submitted their original creations.
The first video premiered on Thursday, and more are being added regularly.
