iPO at Macworld - Logic3 Shows i-Station 8 iPod Speaker System
Thursday, January 12th, 2006 at 9:00 AM - by
SAN FRANCISCO -- Logic3, maker of iPod accessories, is showing their i-Station 8 speaker system at this week's Macworld Expo show. As the name implies, the system has eight speakers, as well as a larger speaker in the center, and an internal 3D surround sound processor. It outputs a total of 34 watts RMS, and can operate on either AC power or batteries.

i-Station 8 comes with an infrared remote control and a docking station for recharging and data synchronization. It also sports a backlit LCD display, so users can see what songs are playing from a distance. Finally, the system offers headphone, AV and S-Video outputs.
The system will be available in May 2006 and retail for US$229.
