Wednesday, May 31st, 2006 at 3:55 PM - by Staff
XtremeMac on Wednesday introduced two new iPod accessories: the MicroMemo digital recorder and the Tango 2.1 speaker system with subwoofer. MicroMemo (US$79), which works only with the video iPod, features a removable microphone with a flexible neck, a built-in speaker for instant playback, one-touch recording, and support for line-in recording through its 3.5mm port. It draws its power from the iPod.

Tango ($199), which is compatible with all iPods that have dock connectors, offers four Neodymium-driven speakers, an independent downward-firing subwoofer, built-in vibration dampening, S-Video output, and a 3.5mm line-out jack. It comes with a remote control and charges the iPod while it's connected.
